Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we’re not able to accept returns, or offer exchanges. However, if the item(s) you purchased arrive damaged in transit, please email hello@elevatedbeverages.com with:

Once ou rCustomer Team has a chance to review your situation, we’ll respond and work with you to provide a replacement or refund, depending on the specifics of your situation. 


Damaged orders must be reported within 7 business days of receiving the order. We’re unable to assist with damaged orders after 7 business days of receipt. 


Shipping Information

We currently ship via UPS Ground.

Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 2-5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).


Transit Time: Estimated time in transit 3-5 business days depending on your location and distance from our Fulfillment Center. Any Estimated Delivery Dates you see during Checkout are ESTIMATES ONLY and do not constitute a guarantee of delivery by a certain date and/or time. These are auto-generated based on the distance to your destination zip code. 


Shipping Fees: All shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We do not offer free shipping at this time.
